An authentic, oil-free therapeutic massage that combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic pressure to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and restore your natural energy balance. What to expect: you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing cool towel and cold pandan leaf water, followed by a soothing herbal foot wash before you settle into a private, air-conditioned treatment room (with shower and toilet) for complete comfort and privacy. During the session, relax with soft music and calming water sounds then finish with hot herbal tea and a sweet sticky-rice cookie. Performed by certified therapists in a venue licensed by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health and SHA-certified. This one-hour treatment takes place in central Chiang Mai Old Town.
