About this activity
The city of Montpellier is brimming with original creations that contribute to its renown. You'll start at the Polygone, an iconic landmark of modern Montpellier, and head towards the Saint Roch train station to explore the new Saint Roch district, dominated by the Belaroïa Hotel and the Higher Rock tower. Your tour will continue in the Antigone district, which draws its inspiration from the Mediterranean heritage of Ancient Greece. You'll pass through the Rives du Lez district to admire the famous White Tree, then along the central walkways of Port Marianne, with its city-city feel, before arriving at the new TGV station. It's also possible to take this walk in the early evening (from 8 pm onwards) to enjoy the views in the tranquility of the night.
