In 2 hours at Uri Herbs Workshop in Chiang Mai, you will blend 2 personalized herbal teas and craft your own Yadom — Thailand's traditional herbal inhaler. Maximum 6 guests per session. You leave with 3 handcrafted products and the recipes to recreate them at home. Part 1: Herbal Tea Infusions We begin by exploring the world of Thai herbal infusions. Using our secret recipe book, you will choose two custom blends to target your specific health concerns, such as digestion, stress, or immune support. You'll learn to work with traditional ingredients like ginger, pandan, and butterfly pea flower, understanding how to prepare them for maximum medicinal benefit. Part 2: Custom Yadom Inhaler Next, you will transition to crafting your own personalized Yadom (herbal inhaler). A Yadom is Thailand's traditional herbal nasal inhaler — used daily by millions of Thai people for focus, energy, and clear breathing. In this session, you create your own personalized version. Based on an authentic master recipe, you will explore over 15 different herbal ingredients and premium essential oils. This allows you to create a unique blend that addresses your personal preferences, whether you need mental clarity, respiratory relief, or stress reduction. By the end of this workshop, you will leave with three handcrafted products (two tea blends and one Yadom) and the traditional knowledge to recreate them at home.
